Our training will consist of a short introduction module, followed by 4 modules about catering planning, meals services, special catering, budget, and other sources of catering, and at the end, your knowledge will be evaluated by the test and catering order assignment.

We will name what we need to know before we start planning the menu. Go through all the items we need to have for every flight.
CATERING ORDER MATRIX
Learn how to apply Catering Matrix when we need to choose what kind of meal to plan for the flight and discuss in detail all meal plans.
CATERING ORDER E-MAIL
You will develop professional email writing for your catering orders.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Understand the basic principles of all dietary restrictions.
CASE STUDIES
